About Us

In 2009, Mishko Bimaadziwin Family Support Services was created as a charitable organization to effectively assist Aboriginal children, their families and communities. Services and programs are developed and implemented in a wholistic, Aboriginal culturally specific manner which is appropriate to the community which offers the Program. Mishko Bimaadziwin Family Support Services will work with community groups and leaders who are passionate in developing programs to assist families, in particular children, to have a healthier life.

Mishko Bimaadziwin Family Support Services has since obtained funding from various sources to assist Aboriginal families and children in particular. All additional funding is obtained to assist children first, then the families. Mishko Bimaadziwin Family Support Services is currently working with programs internationally who are concerned with healthy child and family development.
